If you are not satisfied with your child Pictures you have 3 options:
1.- Return the complete, uncut package on Re-take Picture day for a new photo take at your child's school.
2.- If you want your money back, please return the complete uncut package to our studio by mail to: Please make sure you are meeting the deadlines for refunds specified in the photo flier informational brochure sent to you before picture day. Refunds for fall 2008 re-takes deadline is December 15, 2008.

Enclosed a note with your full name, mail address, phone number, school name, child name, grade, teacher name, amount paid and the reason for the return.
Refunds by mail take about 2 to 3 weeks to process.
You can also go in person to our office at the same address
from 4 pm to 7 pm Monday - Thursday. Call at least 2 days in advance to have your refund money ready.
(if you paid with check, your refund will be by check, if you paid in cash your refund will be by cash ONLY at our office.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PHOTO PACKAGE MUST BE COMPLETE, UNCUT, UNDAMAGED AND IN THE ORIGINAL ENVELOPE. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS IF YOU DON'T FOLLOW THESE REQUIREMENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Incluya una nota con su nombre completo, domicilio de correo, telefono, nombre de la escuela, nombre del estudiante, grado y maestro, la cantidad que pago y la razon de la devolucion. Devoluciones por correo tarda aproximadamente 3 semanas.
Tambien puede ir en persona a nuestra oficina a la misma direccion de Lunes a Jueves de 4 a 7 de la tarde y llamenos con 2 dias de anticipacion para tenerle lista su devolucion.
Si pago con cheque su devolucion sera en cheque y si pago en efectivo su devolucion sera en efectivo solamente en nuestra oficina.
POR FAVOR TOME NOTA DE QUE EL PAQUETE DE FOTOS DEBE DE SER DEVUELTO COMPLETO, SIN CORTAR, SIN DOBLAR, SIN MALTRAO Y EN EL SOBRE ORIGINAL.
NO SE HARAN DEVOLUCIONES SI NO CUMPLE ESTOS REQUISITOS. NO SE HARAN EXCEPCIONES.
